We hope you love our sarees, but if you want to return any of the items you purchased, we can exchange it with another product from our store or give you a store credit.

Guest Customers: should you wish to return an item, simply locate your original order confirmation email - here you will find a link and an order token code. Click on the link, enter the code and follow the simple return steps. Please ensure you begin this process within 10 days of receiving your order.
Self-shipping for returns
You will have to ship the product back to us in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Take a picture of the courier receipt and email or WhatsApp it to us. We recommend you use a reliable courier service. Customer has to bear the shipping cost while returning the item.
Terms and conditions
- Please take care when trying on clothes, as all items must be returned in an unused, undamaged, unwashed and new condition.
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- Items should be returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
In case the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state, please email us a picture of the same within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a refund/ replacement on the same. Alternately, you can WhatsApp the details to +91-9739288111.
The authorisation to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Rang Mohe Sarees. Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original condition and has been approved by our Quality Team, you shall be provided with a store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product.
Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation.
